This week we completed another exciting recruitment project and provided our client with their new preferred candidate.<\/p>\n
As almost always, the recruitment process was very labour-intensive: needs assessment, definition of the search strategy and target company list, research, candidate approach, follow-up, interviews, selection process, presentation to the client and support during contract negotiations. It was also flanked by regular reporting and feedback loops with the client. It was sometimes an up and down process and there were also setbacks to cope with, because by nature every search is individual and the outcome is always uncertain. More than once the search grid had to be adjusted and the focus sharpened. It is all the more gratifying when the project can be brought to a positive conclusion for all sides.<\/p>\n
But writing the final invoice is not the end of the story. As after every project conclusion, we also enter into an extensive review process with our client – what went well and where there may still be room for optimisation. We also accompany the onboarding of the candidate we have placed every step of the way, are available to both sides as a contact person, actively follow up and go through feedback loops so that there are no nasty surprises in the event of unspoken problems or differing ideas.<\/p>\n
Last but not least, we work through all the candidates in the shortlist and bring the interviews to a conciliatory conclusion. We explain the selection criteria to the perhaps disappointed candidates objectively and with an open mind, and discuss with them their very own future prospects. After all, we want to be able to respect, trust and look each other in the eye again in future projects.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
