2nd anniversary Schauz HR

Today our little boutique HR consultancy has been around for 2 years and that makes us incredibly happy and proud at the same time!

So far, external adversities have certainly not given us any gifts, but: it still feels damn right and good!

We are looking forward to continuing to support our clients in the future with a lot of expertise, advice and action and an always open ear for their problems and challenges.

The pandemic has massively accelerated the change in society and, in particular, in the work culture, and has shaken up existing values, priorities and subject areas. We see this as a challenge to face up to and meet the new needs of the market with contemporary, creative and flexible solutions.
